Clinical Trial Education Institute LLC (CTEI)
Effective Date: August 21, 2026 Last Updated: September 13, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites operated by Clinical Trial Education Institute LLC (“CTEI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”):
- clinicaltrialeducationinstitute.com — our corporate informational website
- cte.institute — our learning management system (LMS) where users access courses, training programs, and related materials
By accessing or using either website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our websites or services.
CTEI is a U.S.‑based company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use our websites. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Use of Our Websites
A. Corporate Website (clinicaltrialeducationinstitute.com)
This site provides general information about CTEI, our services, and our mission. You may browse the site for informational purposes only.
B. LMS Website (cte.institute)
To access courses, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
CTEI may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Course Access and Enrollment
When you enroll in a course on cte.institute, you receive a limited, non‑transferable license to access the course materials for personal, non‑commercial educational use.
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or reproduce course content
- Share login credentials or course materials
- Use course content to create competing products or services
- Record or redistribute videos, slides, or assessments
All course content is owned by CTEI or our licensors.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on both websites — including text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, and software — is the property of CTEI or its content providers and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Modify or create derivative works
- Use content for commercial purposes
- Remove copyright notices
- Reverse‑engineer any part of the LMS
5. Payments and Refunds (cte.institute)
If you purchase a course:
- You agree to provide accurate billing information
- Payments are processed by third‑party payment processors
- CTEI does not store full credit card details
All course purchases made through cte.institute are final and non‑refundable. By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge and agree that CTEI does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Failure to complete a course
- Changes in your personal, professional, or financial situation
- Dissatisfaction with course content, format, or delivery
- Accidental purchases or duplicate purchases
- Inability to access the course due to issues related to your device, internet connection, or technical limitations outside CTEI’s control
Because course access is granted immediately upon purchase, and digital educational materials cannot be “returned,” cte.institute strictly enforces a no‑refund policy for all purchases.
If a course is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues, CTEI will make reasonable efforts to restore access promptly, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Refund policies will be stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified, all sales are final.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the websites for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Interfere with website functionality or security
